The projected sequels are Ghost Hour and Haunted. Every time I read their name, that’s all I could think of. Yes, the book actually said that GOD was too busy to deal with this. Ueaven, an angel sent to Earth, and her mortal boyfriend, Xavier, have been to Hell and back.
The rest of the novel is this bad and worse. Bethany regresses to the behavior and logic of a three-year-old in Heaven. It would save you a heck of a lot of work.
And the cover is still as ugly as fuck. I didn’t fall in love with it and found myself skimming once again. Then, Heaven perked up a little bit when the Sevens were introduced.

Thanks for telling us about the problem. We then move back into the realm of pointless drama, with Molly and Gabriel, then there’s this bizarre part where Xavier starts saying he no longer feels human. That’s my new goal. And yet, nothing happened.
Maybe that’s a sign you should break up, and not fawn over how ocean-like his eyes are and how his walnut hair flops over his eyes like a shimmering waterfall. Then it finally started to get interesting. Even though Beth never connected these names to these people, any reader that was familiar with the Catholic religion might.

Yes, she has wings and that makes her love to Xavier forbidden. So, they get into college and Bethany gets a roommate, Mary-Ellen, which is another excuse to mock teenage girls and their “sins” once again. If w I love love. Adornetto has no idea of how college life is for the general masses: And let me tell you something; Adornetto is one of the worst sex writers I’ve ever seen: That’s not how this works.
It If I’m being honest, there are two reasons why I read this book. Don’t read it unless you want to tear your eyes out Bigotry, rampant girl-hate, a complete disregard for the tenants of Christianity, purposeful misinformation about abusive relationships, and more make this the worst of the Halo trilogy.
She even took on an Avatar State at one point but never once channeled it again Even more annoying was Xavier, who is oh-so protective, did not stop her, he tried, but gave up almost immediately and just let her go!
Now that’s what I call totally missing the point.
Yet, in a way, I am glad I read the first chapter. I’m glad I finished the trilogy though. She is horribly alexxandra throughout this book.
Inshe won the State Legacy Public Speaking competition. So I gave this book Two stars because I liked the end and the storyI just think it could be written better.

Look, she knew the consequences of marrying a human. I mean, he had to keep cleaning up the messes idiotic, self-centered Bethany made AND got his wings mangled because of killing Jake to save her royal arse from Hell.
Also, around page 24 or so, we are given a basic introduction to the Nephilim. But then I saw that this has a 4. In every little detail! Do all that stuff anyway. But quite honestly, I don’t see it.
I don’t know who wrote that synopsis for this book, but either they’ve never really read the books or is being paid a lot of money to write something that would clearly be incredibly painful for me or just about anyone else I know.
